About the Opportunities: We are actively screening candidates for upcoming and ongoing positions across various oilfield operations. These roles may support drilling, well-servicing, production and other field services operations. Successful candidates will be considered for a range of entry-level field and labor roles with industry-leading employers.

What We're Looking For:

• Interest in working in the oilfield or heavy industrial sectors
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and a team-player attitude
• Willingness to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
• Willingness and ability to work out of town or in remote locations with a variety of shift schedules and rotations
• Mechanical aptitude

What You'll Do:

• Train alongside experienced oilfield and heavy industry crews
• Support daily field operations through hands-on manual labor
• Work with a variety of hand and power tools in outdoor environments
• Assist in rigging, slinging, lifting, and moving heavy equipment and materials
• Learn and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe worksite
• Help with setup, teardown, and maintenance of job sites and equipment
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members to support project goals
• Develop industry skills and knowledge through on-the-job experience

What You Need to Apply:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites or staging areas
• Willingness to work long hours, rotating shifts, and weekends as needed
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and substance abuse testing
• H2S Alive Safety Certificate
• Standard First Aid w/CPR Certificate
• Common Safety Orientation (Recommended)
• Minimum Class 5 Driver’s License, air brakes an asset (GDL not accepted)
• Capacity to provide a clean commercial 5-year drivers abstract within 30-days
